Upland Hunting
We have substantial populations of Ringneck pheasants and California quail. Our upland bird hunting is primarily done along creek bottoms, drainage ditches, crop fields or many of our other wetland areas, which provided habitat for all species. Eagle Lakes Ranch Lodge land is managed for wildlife habitat. We offer guided and unguided hunting options for upland bird hunts. On our guided hunts we will provide a pointing dog if you do not have one. You are welcome to bring your own dog as well.
As a bonus to our waterfowl customers, upland bird hunting is available in the afternoons at a discounted rate.
Released pheasant and chucker hunting available upon request.
Dove season begins September 1st and runs through September 30th. We hold many doves throughout the whole month of September.
